Ron Catterson has 25 years experience in the construction industry, and has owned his own general contracting business since 1995. Ron concentrates his efforts on new construction and major remodels, and has an extensive background in sustainable construction techniques and materials like SIPs, ICFs, and log and timber framing. Ron’s approach to building goes far beyond quality construction. He makes it his personal goal to minimize the inherent stress involved in the building process for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers alike. Ron is a member of the Evergreen Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, and is a founder of the Mountain Area Home & Garden Show. Although Ed O’Kelly has extensive experience in the construction industry, he has focused his efforts during the last 10 years on 3-dimensional Computer Aided Design (CAD) and virtual reality modeling. Using architectural styles and designs cultivated through worldwide travel, Ed turns the design process into an enjoyable experience that incorporates colors, materials, and virtual walkthroughs. Ed works closely with craftsmen in the field to ensure that actual construction details are interpreted correctly from construction documents. Michael Payne, LEED – AP, received his Architectural Technology Degree from Arapahoe Community College. He has been interested in sustainable design for over 30 years, and is a founding principal of Empire Drafting and Design, LLC. Michael is active in AIA Colorado’s membership and Housing committees, as well as the Colorado Chapter of the US Green Building Council. Dale Doering is a licensed Residential Building Contractor and a Certified Pella Window Contractor. He has been President/Owner of Buildwell, Inc. since 1978 and has over 30 years of hands on construction experience. Starting with summer jobs in high school, Dale quickly progressed to designing and building multiple custom homes, construction management and project consulting for owner built homes. Dale has extensive knowledge of all phases of home remodeling as well as new home construction. From home plan design to supervising the construction, he has a thorough understanding of the building process.  |
