The design process begins with several 3-dimensional conceptual models
to establish preliminary size, architectural style, and room layout.
We develop an efficient floor plan based on many
parameters, including end user requirements,
traffic flow, space planning, room utilities, building
envelope, and terrain constraints. We establish interior and exterior design features specific to the project, both aesthetic and structural, subject to client preferences, budget constraints, construction techniques, and materials availablility. The final design incorporates color selections, material choices, and structural requirements. Many custom details of a project are difficult to visualize from 2-dimensional drawings. We can produce color renders for specific features to assist contractors with their goal of delivering a final product that matches client expectations.
